The Beginning

It's been years now that I've said I was going to do something about my lifestyle.  It was always I'll start tomorrow.  Well, tomorrow turned into the next day, then into the next week, the next month, the next year... and so on and on.

Enough is enough!

One day it just hit me that I had to stop saying "I'll start tomorrow".  So back in the beginning of March (2013) I decided the excuses end now.  I looked into what sort of routines there were out there that work well with a busy schedule and came across Power90 by Tony Horton.  I downloaded the program and read through the whole thing.  It was simple to follow and I could see no reason why I couldn't do it even with school.  So I set a date, made a schedule, and started the program.

On March 8th, 2013 I began the short six day program called Fat Burner.  It consisted of one 35 minute routine that you followed for six days.  This was a great way to start my journey because I was able to prove to myself that I could start something and finish it.  So for the next six days I did my workout and tried my best to eat healthy.  Six days later and I had finished my first every workout program, short I know but it's a start.

After a days rest it was time to start the real program.  So on March 15th, 2013 I started my 90 day program to get in shape.

Fastforward 10 days and here we are.  I'm 10 days into Power90 and I haven't missed a day yet, nor do I plan to.
